1.White Point Conversion based on Loaded thread. Color Table treated as a generic table in Relative Colorimetric Color Space
2.Volumes are now related to maxInkUptake in nl/cm.
3. Initial implementation of Color Gradients.
4. Introduced minimal Volume threshold, to be used when uniformity is not good enough. Currently set to zero, no influence.
