Contains the neccessary packages required to develop and run WPF application that contains Surface SDK controls.
The 'SurfaceSDK.msi' file is pre-patched using 'Orca MSI editor' in order to enable the installer to continue without VS 2010 installed on the host.

1. Install 'xnafx40_redist.msi' (XNA framework 4.0)
2. Install 'SurfaceSDK.msi'
3. Install 'SurfaceRuntime.msi'
