Subject: Initial commit: BobinkQtOpcUa app template with demo UI

Qt 6 QML application template using BobinkQtOpcUa as a submodule for
OPC UA connectivity. Includes discovery, PKI, auth, node monitoring
with read/write, and a multi-page demo UI.
