Subject: Initial project scaffold

Set up MVC architecture with front controller, router, autoloader,
database singleton, and Docker Compose stack (Nginx + PHP-FPM + MariaDB).
Includes DB schema, responsive layout, dev tooling (php-cs-fixer,
parallel-lint), and documentation.
