feat(terminal): buffer-local G toggle and follow on click
Make the follow toggle a buffer-local normal-mode G so it no longer
shadows the global jump-to-bottom in other buffers, snap to the bottom
immediately when enabling, and re-follow after a mouse click via
<LeftRelease> so clicking inside a terminal keeps it pinned to the
latest output.
