misc(tmux): update session navigation config
Opening foot starts `tmux` in a `dev` session if it doesn't exists. It
avoids leaving an intermediate stale session open when I need to open a
new one.
Alt+Shift+M has been rebound `choose-tree` → `choose-session` because
it's more readable.
